With her extensive background, Joanne deeply understands the complexities involved in senior housing, home care options, and care coordination. She has seen, firsthand, how overwhelming and confusing the system can be for families, often lacking the necessary guidance or follow-up regarding available community services. After a twenty-five year career as a successful entrepreneur, George with Joanne felt a deep calling to launch Compassionate Eldercare, driven by his personal journey of navigating the challenges of caring for aging relatives. He experienced the frustration and heartache of not having enough resources to provide the level of care they truly deserved. Through this experience, George saw how vulnerable families can be, often at the mercy of an overworked and understaffed healthcare system, as well as private providers who may not prioritize their unique needs.
